We are open!

It seems a lifetime since we had to temporarily close our doors, but our kitchen and bedrooms are now open and we are taking reservations.

The restaurant and other inside spaces are now fully open. We are asking all our guests to please book a table  to help us manage usage during the current restrictions.You can be assured of the highest standards of cleanliness with our enhanced cleaning protocols and training to protect the safety of both our guests and staff.


If you would like to enjoy the great taste of the Cawdor at home, our takeaway service is available for Sunday Lunch.

The Cawdor is a great little hotel set in the heart of the historic market town of Llandeilo. Every bedroom is individually designed blending classic comforts with modern essentials.

Llandeilo is a handsome little market town to the east of Carmarthen. As you approach the River Tywi and the Llandeilo stone bridge (built 1848), you will see the multi-coloured Edwardian and Georgian houses that line the street on the entrance to the town.

It’s hard to miss the bright red exterior of this 18th-century hotel in the market town of Llandeilo.
