The Cawdor kitchen serves fresh seasonal produce sourced, whenever possible, from farmers and local suppliers we know and trust.
Our focus is on flavour and generosity. Our kitchen bakes breads, brownies, biscuits and cakes daily, cold meats are smoked in house, homemade pasta, homemade puds and hand cut triple cooked chips. The pulled Welsh lamb shank shepherd’s pie is a seasonal favourite and no one should go home without trying the Cawdor old fashioned sticky toffee pudding.
